Description: This pasta bake can be made ahead ready to bake for a simple supper with family or friends. If you prefer use Quorn mince for a meat free version.

Ingredients: 300g rigatoni pasta 200g pack pork mince 1 onion, chopped 1clove garlic, crushed 1 (400g) chopped tomatoes 1tsp dried oregano 100ml red wine 200g Bridel Terroir 200g tub crème fraiche 2 courgettes, sliced

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200c/Fan 180c/Gas Mark 6. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 mins or until just tender. Drain and set aside. Stir fry the mince, onion and garlic until browned. Add the tomatoes, oregano and red wine and stir well. Simmer for 10 mins until reduced. Remove from heat and stir in half the Bridel Terroir and all the crème fraiche. Stir the pasta and courgettes into the sauce, then transfer to an ovenproof dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25mins.
